Refund policy is subject to be matter of before service or after services
Before Service
Prior to the commencement of the service, customers are eligible for a 100% refund if the service has not been initiated. Additionally, if the cancellation request is made within 7 days before the scheduled service date, a full refund will be provided. However, if the cancellation occurs within 24 hours before the service is due to start, only a 80% refund will be issued.
Confirmation of the commencement of the project or services, whether in digital or offline form, serves as valid documentation for the initiation of services. The calculation of the refund is determined based on the time and resources invested in the services up to the point of cancellation. Please note that JMD Packers and Movers reserves the right to cancel the refund if any misconduct is found on the client's side.
After Service
After the commencement of any type of the services or the purchase of physical goods or digital services from the third party, JMD Packers and Movers reserves the right to take charge for the services and initiate a refund that is calculated upon all the third party services and the developer/company time invested.
JMD Packers and Movers reserves the right to modify, change, or discontinue any aspect of this Site or the Services found at this Site, including without limitation prices and fees for the same, at any time.

Refund Period: In both cases refund will be issued in clients bank account within maximum of 10 days period.
